APPROACH

Think back to the last business seminar or training you attended. How much do you remember? More importantly, how much are you applying?

If you think about it, the training programs that impacted you are the ones that not only had great content but also packed an emotional punch. In other words, there was a synergy between facts and feeling, between the head and the heart. That's the approach I take in my presentations—give people simple yet powerful ideas with enough passion and humor to make a lasting impact.

In order for me to do that with your team, I'm going to have to learn about your business and your objectives for the session or training program. Depending on your situation, I might even want to interview some of your folks in the field (they usually have great ideas that they just haven't shared with anyone else!). The result will be a powerful presentation or training program that will be both entertaining and extremely practical.

But don't take my word for it—check out these client testimonials. Then give me a call or drop me an e-mail to see how we might be able to work together.

P.S. There's one more thing: I'm a firm believer in the 80-20 rule: just 20% of your activities are responsible for 80% of your results. In other words, if we have limited time together, let's major in the majors. Let's breakaway from the minutia and discover what the fundamentals in your business really are. If we focus on those fundamentals your people will be inspired to use powerful ideas that really make a difference. Isn't that usually the primary goal of training anyway?
